The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the breakfast as it offered a good variety of options. The location is convenient, with shopping malls located nearby. I found the king size bed comfortable and the towels provided were of high quality.

Amazing Breakfast and Great Shopping Nearby

I really liked having a river view room. It was better than I thought. The dinner included several choices, and everything tasted delicious. The breakfast buffet included so many fresh options. Getting a tram was easy because it was just across from the hotel.

I notice they did not replace the coffee pods each day. The room had no facecloths and only one towel per person.

the breakfast buffet was tasty i found that acceptable

the pool access for kids was limited to 10 am to 2 pm that was inconvenient after city visits during summer my room's carpet had a stain it made the place feel less luxurious the curtains also seemed poorly hung that did not match a supposed five-star experience
